TRUMP'S COSTLY WAR

The reported loss of 7 F-35 stealth fighters at Al Dhafra Air Base in the UAE has become one of the most controversial and viral topics of the current conflict. The official situation is a mix of confirmed structural damage and unverified aircraft losses. During a massive "saturation attack" by the IRGC involving Fattah-3 hypersonic missiles and Shahed-type drones, several projectiles penetrated the advanced air defense layers (including THAAD and Patriot systems) protecting Al Dhafra. Satellite imagery from Airbus Defence and Space (dated March 12 and 15) confirms that at least three to four reinforced aircraft shelters (HAS) in the northwestern and southeastern sectors of the base were hit directly. These hangars show collapsed roofs and significant fire-blackening. However, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has not confirmed the loss of any F-35s on the ground. They have acknowledged "minor structural damage" and injuries to personnel but have remained silent on s...

CALCUTTA POLICE

Image
Calcutta is the only city which has its own police force in India. Unlike other cities whose police (like Mumbai Police, Hyderabad Police, or Bengaluru Police) is part of the state police, Calcutta police have its own cadre and organisation. Calcutta police are not part of the West Bengal Police. The Calcutta Police is a completely separate legal and administrative entity from the West Bengal Police. Calcutta police reports directly to the Home Department of West Bengal while the WB police reports to the Director General of Police (DGP) of the State. The CP is also an Executive Magistrate, allowing the force to issue prohibitory orders (like Section 144) and handle licenses without needing a District Magistrate's approval. Raised in 1845, the separation is a legacy of the British colonial era. Because Calcutta was the capital of British India until 1911, it was modeled after the London Metropolitan Police based on the Patton Committee recommendations. The British wanted the city...

During World War II, the Alipore Airfield served as a major base for the Royal Air Force (RAF) and the United States Army Air Force (USAAF). It was more than just an "ad hoc" strip; it was a fully functional aerodrome with massive hangars and concrete runways. The Alipore Aerodrome (RAF Alipore), Calcutta The airfield was located near what is today the Alipore, New Alipore area and parts of the Alipore Zoological Gardens. The "Hump" Connection: Alipore was a critical staging point for "The Hump" operations, where Allied aircraft flew over the Himalayas to supply Chinese forces fighting the Japanese. Heavy Bombers: Unlike the narrow Red Road which hosted light fighters like Spitfires, the Alipore airfield was large enough to handle heavy bombers like the B-24 Liberators and B-25 Mitchells. Coastal Defense: It also hosted squadrons of Beaufighters and Wellington bombers used for maritime reconnaissance and night fighting to protect the Calcutta Docks from Ja...

REALITY CHECK

GE Aerospace had placed the specific production line for India's F404-IN20 into "maintenance mode" (effectively a dormancy period) for about five years. As of early 2026, the situation has shifted from a total halt to a complex and expensive restart. Basically, India is financing the GE assembly line for an engine that GE stopped producing due to lack of orders. When govt placed a massive follow-on order for 83 (and later 97) more Mk1As, GE had to essentially "restart" a dead supply chain. I dont need to emphasize on the future threat that this poses in the long term availability of spares and support, that too the most critical part of our domestic frontline combat aircraft....... the engine!! Without engines the aircraft is just a lump of very expensive metallic shit! FURTHRMORE If we dont have atleast two spare engines per aircraft to cover the whole rated life of the aircraft, or very quickly we will have aircraft grounded and being scavenged for spares to...

ROYAL ENFIELD - HARELY DAVIDSON

Image
Back in 2016, Royal Enfield made a strategic move. They set up shop in Milwaukee, Michigan. The home and fortress of Harley Davidson. Harley Davidson was born in Milwaukee in 1903 and grew to be not merely a motorcycle brand but a lifestyle, a quintessential American sentiment. Royal Enfield did not chose Milwaikee at random, they were there to challenge Harley Davidson. With more than 1 million(10,02,083) Royal Enfield sold globally in 2025 fiscal against 124,000 Harleys in the same period speaks volumes. The market cap gap between these two companies has swung by $22 billion in just two years, and Harley is now worth one-tenth of its Indian competitor. Harley-Davidson (USA) sold ~65,000 – 70,000 {-13% (Decline)} as against Royal Enfield (USA) ~75,000 – 80,000 {+60% (Increase)}. Harley-Davidson’s average MSRP in 2025 stayed well above $20,000, which saw a sharp decline in sales while Royal Enfield’s primary lineup (Meteor 350, Hunter 350, and Classic 350) remains priced between $4,500...

KANG-CHEN-DZO-NGA

Image
THE GUARDIAN DEITY OF SIKKIM When flying from Kolkata to northern or north-eastern India (Delhi, UP, Bihar, Nepal side, etc.), after some time we often see a snowcapped mountain peak, is that Kanchenjunga? All of the time all the mountain peaks are snowcapped but the tallest peak is the Kang-Chen-Dzo- Nga (Kanchenjunga) ie "The Five Treasures of the Great Snow" Kang (Snow) Chen (Great) Dzo (Treasury) Nga (Five) As per local Sikkimese and Tibetan tradition, the mountain's five summits are repositories for five divine treasures: gold, silver, gems, grain, and holy books. Kanchenjunga is considered a living deity and the guardian protector of Sikkim (Dzo-nga). Nobody is allowed to stand on the top. Since 2000, the Indian government has banned all climbing expeditions from the Sikkim side out of respect for the religious sentiments of the Buddhist and Lepcha communities. The indigenous Lepcha people believe the first two humans were created from the pure snows of Kanchenjun...

THIS HAS BECOME A ROUTINE FEATURE FOR ME BOTH ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER
WHAT THE HELL IS THIS "MANUFACTURED OUTRAGE" ALL ABOUT? HINDU RIGHT WINGERS AND BHAKTS ARE ALL DUMBASSS These "upper caste" morons are agitating against the UGC's "anti discrimination rule" claiming that "upper castes" are being discriminated against by favouring SC/ST/OBC BUT WHAT DOES THE RULE ACTUALLY SAY?? The new rule DOES NOT focus only on SC/ST/OBC, it also includes discrimination based on place of birth, race, disability, disadvantaged groups, economic backwardness etc Thus, A Manipuri Meitei or Assamese Brahmin cant be called "Chinki" A Bihari, UP Brahmin or Rajput cannot be called any racial slur like "Bhayiya" An upper caste disabled person cannot be discriminated against An upper caste from economic weaker section cannot be discriminated against This discrimination as defined in the rule is also applicable on SC/ST/OBC in case they are found to have indulged in such discrimination. THUGS OF HINDOOSTAN..................... THE GREAT CORAL HEIST

Image
Emperor of India, Narendra Modi decided that we will build a megaport in the Great Nicobar Island(GNI) with a massive container handling terminal. The strategic location on the Malaca straits shipping route. There was a problem, the GNI has a huge coral reserve with GRADE-I(ICRZ-I) ecologically sensitive zone as per ICRZ or Island Coastal Regulation Zone regulations, an Indian government framework under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) to protect ecologically sensitive coastal areas of islands, classifying them into zones (ICRZ-I, II, III, IV) ICRZ-I specifies that it is highly protected and no activity can be done that would damage the ecologically sensitive zone What do Modi's lackeys do?? Simple, pick up the old maps, shift the ICRZ-I on the map and release a new map. This is what is called "cartographic invasion" like the Chinese do to Arunachal Pradesh calling it Zangnan. There is a problem in that........ Coral reefs are static marine ...
