A POCSO FIR has been registered against Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati for allegedly sexually abusing minor children based on a complaint filed by one Shakumbhari Peethadhishwar Ashutosh Brahmachari Maharaj.


Who is this fellow Shakumbhari Peethadhishwar Ashutosh Brahmachari Maharaj?


Real name: Ashutosh Pandey. Born in Kandhla in the Shamli district, father was a bus conductor
Ashutosh Pandey and his brother, Vineet Pandey, have been identified by Shamli police as "hardcore criminals" and "masters of disguise."
Ashutosh Brahmachari is a registered "history-sheeter" at the Kandhla police station in the Shamli district, Uttar Pradesh. He is accused of being a "professional complainant" who files fraudulent and fabricated FIRs against prominent individuals to extort money or settle scores. He has filed around 107 fraud cases in various thanas of UP.
There are around 27 cases registered against him with Shamli Police, but his close association with Adityanath and BJP keeps him out of the legal net.
An award of 25,000 was announced on him, has been jailed for bribery case, has been declared Tadipar from Shamli district, was involved in cow smuggling, accused of gangrape of a widow, the gangrape was done along with his brothers Vinit and Shubham, brother Vinit is also a historysheeter, fraud worth 3.3 lakh promising government job to the victim, has filed a fraud case against Gonda SP Navneet Rana who had jailed him.
The police have documented a chilling method where he allegedly framed innocent people by planting blood or semen on their clothes to file false sexual assault cases. He frequently changes his appearance—shifting from a clean-shaven look to wearing saffron robes, a heavy mustache, and long hair—to evade arrest and derail investigations.
He became a disciple of Jagadguru Rambhadracharya and eventually took on the title of Peethadhishwar of the Shakumbhari Peeth.

A hardcore criminal and history sheeter has turned into a bhagwadhari has become a peethadhishwar and moving around in the society openly without any fear of the law enforcement and administration. Now the administration is using him as an attack dog against those who are not seen as toeing the BJP line or the UP CMO.

This kind of attack was expected on Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati keeping in mind his conflict with BJP and in recent times directly between him and Adityanath. That Rambhadracharya is also in the mix doesnt come as a surprise. This fellow Rambhadracharya has become darling of BJP and has been among those who attack Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati to keep the BJP leadership happy.
